Demo limited to 10 minutes (SMP Multicore Debugging not licensed)

When debugging multiple processors in SMP (symmetrical multiprocessing), multicore debugging needs to be licensed.

If multicore debugging is not included in the used debug probe, an error message is printed and TRACE32 PowerView switches to 10 minutes limited demo mode.
