Check the following:
Verify that the current user has read and write permissions for the license file. As a simple test of write permissions, open the
.licfile in a text editor, add a space, and save it again.Avoid non-ASCII characters and spaces in the directory containing the RLM executable as well as in the directory containing the license file.
