2D plot of a vector Awaiting Agent

Hi,
is it possible to plot two variables as a vector in a plane? Ie one is the x-coordinate and the other the y-coordinate of the arrow. The goal would be to plot this over time, ie with the arrow being updated regularly and the tip leaving breadcrumbs behind. This would help a lot with complex numbers.

Any chance to achieve this?
