Infineon TC297 chip, SCU_RSTSTAT CB1 and CB3 reset after product mode decryption. Awaiting Agent

Hello Lauterbach debugging experts, I am using the TC297 chip. The current development mode samples have no reset, but the product mode samples are decrypted to show a reset of CB1 and CB3. This reset appears to be initiated by the debugger. How do I find the root cause of this problem?
