if i have no RLM License server software on my pc, Has it become a standalone version?

To use the debugging via XCP, you should have a Back-End and Front-End floating licenses and both of them are architecture specific ( tailored to the architecture you intend to debug).

Additionally, For this, you will also need to set up a RLM license server .
