No debug cable plugged reported for our LauterBach debug cable Awaiting Agent

Hello LauterBach support team,
I am getting this error with one of our lauterbach debug cable:
No debug cable plugged, demo limited to 5 minutes

would you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Hello Ahmed,

TRACE32 PowerView is not able to detect the debug probe (debug cable). Please check if the debug probe is correctly connected to the debug module.

This error might also be due to a defective debug probe. A cross-check with a different debug probe, if available, would be helpful in this case.
