TDA4: debug MCU R5F - loading TIFS to M4 core Awaiting Agent

Hello,
I'm developing a bootloader for TDA4 SoC, for debugger startup and sw upload using the scripts from Lauterbach site (based on j784s4-cr5-mcu_sieve_sram.cmm, only ELF loaded is replaced). When trying to load and initialize TIFS into M4 from my software running on R5F, I have always timeout and no response from M4. After some tests I recognized that M4 is stuck in endless loop, so suspect it's the cause of timeout. But when reset M4 and restart it I have error message on R5F: "bus error at address UNKNOWN" and cannot debug it anymore (M4 is still in running state and looks working, not in endless loop).
Do you have any suggestions how solve the issue and to initiate TIFS when debugging R5F software?

Hello Wojtek,

TI nowadays often provides only High Security (HS) variants of their chips.

What is the device type of the TDA4 SoC? Is it GP (general purpose) or HS variants? If HS, which HS variant is the chip, HS-FS or HS-SE?

Which boot mode is selected?
