If one cannot execute SYStem.Up for the debugger and power fail is detected instead, it should be checked if two debugger (e.g. JTAG dongle and NEXUS probe) are connected at the same time.
This is a not allowed configuration, which causes that neither the JTAG dongle nor the NEXUS probe can be used for debugging.
